Nominations for the Georgia TESOL 2011-2012 Executive Board

Now is the time to submit your name or to nominate a qualified colleague for consideration. Please see below for instructions and list of positions. The membership will vote on the new board at the annual conference (Sept. 16-17, 2011).

Nomination deadline: August 1, 2011

Nomination Instructions:

• Nominations and self nominations will be accepted and should be submitted to gatesol@yahoo.com with the subject line: GATESOL Executive Board Nomination.
• Include the name of the nominee, the position, and a brief biographical statement (1-2 paragraphs/150 words or less) describing the individual and his/her qualifications.
• Questions may also be directed to gatesol@yahoo.com.

   Member-at-large (4 positions) - 2 year term

   1st Vice President (Conference Chair) - 1 year term

   2nd Vice President (Membership) - 1 year term

   Secretary – 1 year term

   Treasurer – 1 year term
