Esteemed Exhibitors and Vendors!

We invite you to complete the Exhibitor/Vendor registration for the Georgia Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages annual conference!  It will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday, October 29th, and Friday, October 30th, 2015. 

Registration Fees:

Standard Exhibitor/Vendor       $450.00

Non-Profit Exhibitor/Vendor      $350.00

Exhibitor/Vendor Set-Up is available Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at 7:00AM EST, and Thursday, October 29, 2015, at 6:00AM EST.  Exhibitor/Vendor space will open to conference attendees 9:00AM-5:00PM on Thursday, October 29th, and 9:00AM-2:00PM on Friday, October 30th.  Click here to see letter from Exhibitor Liaison for additional guidelines regarding handling/storage fees and other details as outlined by conference location.

Exhibitor package includes the following: one 8x10 booth space with pipe and drape, one 6-foot dressed table, two chairs, wastebasket, and sign.  Other items or services, including internet or electricity, are available for a fee.
