Call for Proposals

Deadline, December 15 , 2006

CLOSED

Please read the following guidelines BEFORE beginning your online proposal submission. You need to have the following information ready:

  • A title for your presentation, not to exceed 15 words.
  • A 50-word description of your presentation to include in the program book (this can be written using a word processing program, like Microsoft Word, and then cut & pasted into the online form).
  • Names, Company/School Affiliations, and e-mail addresses for all co-presenters (PLEASE CONFIRM ALL CO-PRESENTERS BEFORE LISTING THEM ON THE PROPOSAL FORM) .
  • The name, address, e-mail, and telephone number of the individual who will be considered the “Contact Person” for your proposal.
  • A 250-word abstract of the presentation that DOES NOT INCLUDE the names or affiliations of the presenters (this can be written using a word processing program, like Microsoft Word, and then cut & pasted into the online form).
  • The Interest Area for the presentation. The Interest Areas align with the Georgia TESOL Interest Sections. Click here to read descriptions of the Georgia TESOL Interest Sections. You will only be able to classify your proposal in ONE Interest Interest Section, and this category will determine the group in which your proposal will be considered.

If you have any problems with the online submission process, please send an e-mail with your concerns to Georgia TESOL and someone will try to help you out.

Thank you very much for your interest in the 2007 Georgia TESOL Conference.  We are really looking forward to another high quality program.
